For everyone, for our lowincome families and seniors, to our middleincome residents, to our teachers. We know that Housing Affordability is critical to the success of our city, and im grateful to the board of supervisors for passing that ballot measure, and i am hopeful with fingers crossed that the voters will support that, and we are putting forward that housing bond without raising property taxes again, so i just want to say that over and over and over again. [applause] the hon. London breed so today, we have another opportunity. Today, we are signing the legislation to put a 628 million bond on the ballot to help with our emergency facilities all over San Francisco, and we are also doing that without raising property taxes. [applause] the hon. London breed the goal is to put this on the march ballot, and so were going to have to work hard to get voters to approve this one, as well. I just want to start by that i thinking naomi kelly, and the work of the Capital Planning committee.

The next step is for the company and union to negotiate a contract. That started 14 months ago, but unfortunately
