Sky Italia migrated its Rome operations center to SMPTE ST 2110 video infrastructure with NMOS integration and JPEG XS compression using solutions from Imagine Communications
The signal is being encoded on site and routed by Globecast to the France Télévisions hub, decoded by BBright and then made available in an IP ST 2110 environment
