PM says Naukundi-Mashkhel road to enhance connectivity in Balochistan

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday performed groundbreaking of 103 kilometres long Naukundi-Mashkhel road to enhance connectivity in Balochistan.
Addressing the virtual groundbreaking of the project in Islamabad, he said that the project will be a great facility to the scattered population of Balochistan. He said that this project was of great importance for the development and future of Balochistan and to strengthen the federation of Pakistan.
“We can massively benefit from the natural resources by connecting Balochistan with other parts of the country,” he said, adding that massive road infrastructure will be built in Balochistan during five-year tenure of his government. About his vision of governance, Imran Khan said he wants rule of law and to help the downtrodden.

QUETTA: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday said his government was keen to bring about a revolution in Balochistan through projects of infrastructure and human development.
The federal government would discuss the expansion of health insurance, similar to those introduced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan, with the coalition government of Balochistan, said the prime minister after his arrival in Quetta on a daylong visit.
While speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of three road projects 162km Ziarat-Harnai road, 11km Dera Murad Jamali Bypass (N-65) and 23km dualisation of Quetta Western Bypass (N-25) under the National Highway Authority (NHA), Mr Khan said the federal government despite financial constraints was committed to diverting funds towards the development of Balochistan.

QUETTA, Apr. 29 (Gwadar Pro)- Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday afternoon said the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will bring a revolution in the Balochistan province.
Addressing the groundbreaking of three roads under the National Highway Authority (NHA), the Prime Minister said Balochistan had been long neglected in the past and the government would take every step to minimize the suffering of locals.
He said the entire area along the western route of CPEC in Balochistan would be developed. “Balochistan will be developed into a new look. CPEC will bring a revolution in Balochistan,” he added.
The PM said the government was focused on bringing a revolution of prosperity in Balochistan through projects of infrastructure and human development.
