about the actual case, what did the sheriff say led to the arrest? reporter: he said initially after that shooting a lot of witnesses fled the scene. only six stuck around and none saw the actual shooting itself. they said they needed time to track the people down. said in the four days mr. gasser was set free they were able to contact 70 different businesses to see if they had surveillance video along this four mile road rage route and also multiple crime scene reconstruction. he said that is what they were doing over the four days. they were doing their investigative work. they found they had enough evidence to file manslaughter charges yesterday. we are showing mr. gasser. he is caucasian and the sheriff says race has nothing to do with this case. our communi are community leaders agreeing with that?
