Tell the voters why they should give you another four years to accomplish these things which many thought you would have done already. If they go back four years ago i did not campaign on the pension reform, but it became obvious to me we needed to have pension reform in pennsylvania otherwise youll see property taxes go up and up. My opponent doesnt think we need to do pension reform. He thinks that the reform that was passed before i entered office is sufficient.
