Buffalo Ready to Activate More School Zone Speed Cameras
With public schools set to reopen next week in Buffalo, the City is poised to reactivate more cameras.
According to reporting by WKBW, City of Buffalo officials are set to activate at least 15 more cameras that monitor vehicle speed in and around schools in Buffalo.
The reactivation of these cameras comes as a disappointment to many people that think the camera program is rife with problems, including improperly ticketing thousands of drivers, and should be paused until those problems can be solved.
This needs to be paused. We asked for it to be paused. I still think it needs to be paused. I ll say it again, I m not saying that it doesn’t need to be, at all. I m simply saying it needs to be right.
