good to be with you, i m katy tur in for hallie jackson. and we re on the cusp of something, but what that something is still unclear. the fbi search of former president trump s mar-a-lago home has stood up a lot. republicans slammed the move as politically motivated with many of his allies claiming witch hunt and basically blaming president biden for the search. the white house said it was not given a heads-up for the events and found out with the rest of the country when the news broke. at this hour, we have more questions than answers. here s what we know so far. a source familiar with the matter tells nbc news that the search was tied to alleged removal of the classified documents from his home in 2021. according to donald trump the estate was searched by agents. the way this happened might be shocking but it didn t come out of nowhere. we know that the national archives asked mr. trump to return 15 boxes of documents they say were improperly taken from the white house. t

department. they sent mark meadows, and there were two issues with meadows. one is as the president s chief of staff he had arguably executive privilege. the other was he complied. he turned over a lot of documents, a lot of e-mails and text messages before he cut the committee off. so now what i think we saw last night, ori, and i believe i heard congressman schiff hint at this a little bit, we saw the committee presenting doj with an easier case to enforce congress subpoenas. we saw that with navarro and scavino. these are two people who congressman schiff says they simply flouted congress authority, and that s largely true. scavino delayed six times and never really produced anything. navarro told you an awful lot, ari, but he wasn t willing to share what he told you with the committee. i think in both of those cases that s a more compelling

In Bayern zum Beispiel haben laut Jahresbericht des Landesjustizprüfungsamts 2020 knapp 28 Prozent die erste Staatsprüfung nicht bestanden, etwa 10 Prozent fielen durch die zweite Prüfung. Ein verpatztes juristisches Staatsexamen ist aber kein Karriereende. Welche Optionen bleiben?

Der erste Teil des Studiums der Rechtswissenschaften schließt mit dem ersten juristischen Staatsexamen. Generell können Studierende zwei Anläufe unternehmen, diese Prüfung zu bestehen.
Nur wer zwei juristische Staatsexamen in der Tasche hat, darf sich später Volljurist oder Volljuristin nennen.
