A Michigan House panel will compel the state’s former health director to testify about the specifics of his departure and his controversial separation agreement with the governor’s office.
The Michigan House Oversight Committee voted Thursday to issue a subpoena to former Department of Health and Human Services Director Robert Gordon after he declined to come before the committee voluntarily.
