BRANCH COUNTY — In adopting a new 911 Service Plan Jan. 12, Branch County commissioners removed all municipal and township representation on the 911 Board.Commissioners rushed to approve the plan revised by Lansing attorney Bonnie Toskey after Commissioner Jon.
