(Bismarck, ND) North Dakotans will have an extra week to file and pay their state income taxes. Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus announced Thursday that the state income tax deadline has been extended to April 25th. Kroshus says the disruptive effects of the blizzard prompted the decision. Penalties and interest are being waived through the 25th.
Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus said tax experts from his office will stay at work an extra two hours on April 18 to answer last-minute filing questions by phone or in person at the state Capitol.
