For the first time in four years, The Bahamas has been deemed fully compliant in the US Department of State’s 2023 Fiscal Transparency Report, a statement from the US Embassy revealed yesterday. The last time the county was considered compliant was in 2018. The statement commends the the Office of the Auditor General for advancements made in regards to auditing the government.
