海口港集装箱码头上线智能卡口系统过卡可按秒计-新闻中心-南海网

　　海南日报讯 (记者罗霞通讯员彭玄)近日，海口港集装箱码头智能卡口系统上线，并推出集卡预约功能，方便个人和企业提前预约办理码头业务。　　码头卡口是进出口货物放行的最后一道关口。普通码头卡口给人的印象是，有排成长龙等待出卡的集装箱车，有顶着烈日递纸质单据的司机。海口港集装箱码头智能卡口系统上线后，实现自动抬杆(无纸化)放行，不但降低了人工成本，车辆进出场的作业效率也得到大幅提高。　　“以前拉货最怕在卡口堵车，因为在过卡前要进行车辆称重、要下车递纸质单据，如果碰到前面排队的出问题，半天时间就耗在这里了。如今，码头智能卡口系统上线后，不用下车递单子，过卡时一般几秒就抬杆放行，很方便快捷。”在海口港集装箱码头，一位集装箱车司机表示。　　据统计，海口港码头智能卡口系�
