Greenville cocaine bust after home, business searched

Updated: 6:21 PM EDT May 5, 2021 More than two pounds of cocaine, a gun and a money were found after the search of a home and business in Greenville, according to the Greenville County Drug Enforcement Unit. Commander Bart McEntire said investigators learned of a shipment of cocaine arriving in Greenville. McEntire said the shipment was received by 47-year-old Rael Rashad Patterson.He said through surveillance and intelligence received, the investigation led to search warrants for a home on Lowndes Hill Road and a business called Black Friday on White Horse Road. McEntire said investigators seized more than 2 pounds of cocaine, a Ruger semi-automatic pistol, and U.S. currency. He said the cocaine was found in the crawl space of the home.
