The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services rolled out their statewide COVID-19 vaccination registration site Thursday afternoon.
DHHS Incident Commander Angie Ling said people who have already signed up with their local health department generally do not need to do so again. “We’re going to be pulling that information in,” said Ling. “The only caveat to that is, those folks age 18 to 64, if you didn’t annotate any medical conditions in your registration with the local health departments, you can go ahead an re-register so we can select those medical conditions.”
The site to register is vaccinate.ne.gov. As with registrations through local health departments, Ling says it’s not a ‘first in, first out’ registration system; those who sign up will be sorted into the respective vaccination phases based on their age, h
