Command senior at Naval Activity Support Panama City charged with child sex crime © CONTRIBUTED PHOTO Dwayne Gordon LYNN HAVEN The  Bay County Sheriff s Office has charged a command senior chief at Naval Activity Support Panama City with sexual battery on a child.  Dwayne Gordon, 40, of Derby Woods Drive, was charged with sexually battering a person between 12 to 18 years of age, according to a BCSO press release. BCSO began its investigation after Naval Criminal Investigative Services, working with the Department of Children and Families, shared information in the case.   Gordon was arrested after BCSO investigators interviewed the victim and collected evidence, the release stated.
