KINGSTON, Jamaica - The National Housing Trust (NHT) is advising clients that contributions made up to the year 2015 are now being refunded.
This was disclosed by the NHT’s Assistant General Manager f.
Most Jamaicans are able to connect the term ‘contribution refund’ to the state-owned National Housing Trust (NHT).
However, many first-time mortgagors and individuals who make monthly contributions to the NHT, in particular those persons who have never received a housing benefit from the Trust, are not certain if they qualify for a refund or how to go about applying for one if they do.
