Banners, Programs Celebrate Black History Month

Written by Human Rights Commission Subscribe Arlington recognizes Black History Month as a series of events begin with new banners and virtual programming. An Arlington Human Rights Commission newsletter says the group firmly believes black history is everyone s history and has planned a series of events in observance and celebration of Black History Month. Subscribe Following Select Board approval Jan. 25, the AHRC is unveiling six new banner designs, to be hung along Mass. Ave. in East Arlington. This is in addition to last year s banners, which will hang from Broadway Square to Town Hall. Images of the new banners accompany this announcement.
