A male Comal County Sheriff’s sergeant who admitted to having a sexual relationship with a subordinate deputy who worked for him at the courthouse complex was allowed to keep his job and retire years later, despite the same agency firing a female sergeant who violated similar rules on employee fraternization, personnel records obtained by KSAT Investigates show.
