KINGSTON, Jamaica – Over $45 million dollars was paid out to utility customers between April and June of this year as a result of breaches of the Guaranteed Standards (GS), as well as through the Offi.
The Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) put out by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) for the July 2021 – September 2021 showed a 23 per cent decline in the number of complaints that were received by the OUR.
