The Colourful Phuket campaign will run until the end of this month to welcome tourists to the resort island.
Organised by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and Phuket Province, the festival has a weekly theme and was launched this month to promote the government s Phuket sandbox scheme. This week, the highlights are art artefacts on Patong beach, including a 5m-tall jellyfish. Street music is also hosted on the beach from 3-9pm until tomorrow.
Between July 24-31, a projection art mapping display will be organised at Peranakan Phuket Museum from 7-9pm while street music will be hosted on Soi Rommani in the Old Town district.
