Stabbing incident took place on campus earlier this morning. Officials say a student plowed into a crowd on campus with a car and then jumped out and started stabbing people with a butcher knife. That suspects, an 18yearold ohio state student, police say is a somali refugee who was a legal permanent resident of the united states. Officials do not have a motive at this time but do say the attack was done on purpose. Police say they sh that suspect. I heard multiple gunshots. Listen, back last friday when i spoke to the attorney getting this lawsuit together he said he needed five plaintiffs and instead hes named nine plaintiffs who want to sue the city. They want to sue the city, mayor, police chief and also republican luck works department. You may remember the scene back in march. Public works personnel were Homeless People such as blankets and bedding and clothing. This happened in early march. The city was fed up with personal items lining the street. This is outside the denver rescue mission. In taking the items they are returning filing a lawsuit saying the city used their camping ban that he described as a vis ration of constitutional rights.
