Forest Service Proposes Unprecedented Logging of Mature, Old-Growth Forests in Western Colorado

Conservation groups filed objections this week to the U.S. Forest Service’s proposed final management plan for the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison national forests in western Colorado.
