Los Angeles County officially moves into the the yellow or least restrictive tier for reopening today. That’s welcome news for county restaurants, bars, wineries, breweries, and distilleries, some of which have been closed for many months. County officials made a few changes to the COVID-19 reopening guidelines yesterday, by expanding the number of people who can dine together, along with a significant shift in time for playoffs season. Bar and restaurant owners can turn on their televisions again.
