Hoptown Hoppers head coach Brett Lindsey-who is an assistant at Indiana University Southeast-will be heading to the NAIA World Series that begins next week in Lewiston, ID. The Grenadiers are making their first trip to the NAIA World Series.

Nico Montes is an infielder from Miami and plays for Hillsborough Community College. They are Landon Choboy-a catcher/utility player from the College of Charleston who is from Raleigh, NC and Alan West-a right hand pitcher/outfielder from Lyon College who is from Lewisville, TX. Baseball: Christian County welcomes Hopkinsville as the teams meet for the second time this season. The Tigers won 7-0 when the teams played at Hopkinsville earlier this season. First pitch from Colonel Field is at 6, with pregame at 5:45 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
