Collom & Carney Clinic Association celebrated its 75th anniversary on Friday morning. Community leaders and health care workers gathered for a celebratory event to recognize the clinic’s efforts through the year. Mayor Bob Bruggeman read a Texarkana joint proclamation in honor of the clinic.
