When you arguably have the most talented team in the AFL and you're only 1-5, you're bound to get fired. Owner Woody Kern finally pulled the plug on the Ingold experiment and canned his coach for the first eight weeks of the season. Even though we can't really put a finger on any one thing that Ingold did wrong in the Dallas Vigilantes most recent setback to the Chicago Rush, we still felt the need to honor him in some way.

TAMPA BAY – There are just no two ways around it. The 2012 Orlando Predators have given up on Head Coach Brett Munsey. When the Preds hired Munsey to coach them for this season, I thought that it was a great signing. He is an ArenaBowl winning coach, and I still contend that he is one of the best X s and O s coaches that this league has to offer. However, there comes a time for virtually every coach to move on from his team and a time for every team to move on from its coach, and at 1-7 with virtually no chance of getting into the playoffs, the time is now for Orlando and Coach Munsey to go through a divorce.

As the old saying goes, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Is there even a somewhat viable statement now that the Orlando Predators have blown a third lead of 20 or more points this year? The 2012 Predators, who were already the first team in the history of the AFL to blow two leads in a season of 20+ points are now the first team in the history of the AFL to blow three leads in a season of 20+ points. After holding a 47-27 advantage right at the end of the first half, the Preds went on to drop to the New Orleans VooDoo 68-61 on Friday night at New Orleans Arena.
