So he will have two solid lifelong still sets. and college wasn t the right fit for him. he s a smart person but going through this academic factory wasn t going to do him any good and all he would get on the other side is frustration and a bunch of debt. but here you have and you know, if you look at the holes in some of the technical jobs, these are baby boomers. and a lot of people who are plumbers and welders are from working class neighborhoods who are now aging and there aren t enough younger people who are willing to because they don t know it s a path. it s been drilled into people s head that you have to go to a four-year university. for a lot of people they say why because what do they get out of it. and a lot of the trade schools don t have the problem that the four-year universities have, the bloated administration and no incentive to do any service to young people going through getting degrees. there s in accountability at all. steve: yes.

well, we don t mind training e necessarily. yeah, getting skilled workers is tough and the younger generations it s tough to get them to want to get their hands dirty and do kind of manual labor, you know. we don t see a lot of young guys jumping up and down to get in the trade. brian: wow. very interesting. brian: wow. because a lot of people say well, i was forced to go to college wasn t into it. come out hard to get a job with a philosophy or sociology degree maybe somebody would want it? right. brian: could you talk about the economy and how it s felt for the last year and a half? the economy, definitely has not been it s been fantastic. i mean, last year two of our three businesses set record years. this year the one i m in, sheet metal is doing well. and like i told the president yesterday, the jobs. America. i will be traveling a lot. will, are you closer to the first peak of happiness as well, but no one can tell from you happy because you have the same expression on your face. are you happy? right now absolutely not. i sort of love this cottage industry of studies like scientific studies of things we already know. speaking if i may for the geeky guys on the panel, like the teens were not the best part of our lives. college probably wasn t either. the 20s are all about financial and professional security. you know the middle aged part like one in three shows is about like unhappy middle aged people. what is it? if you are saying because we were geeky we were geeky and now we are having our best years, is that right? starting off and everything. high school wasn t the best time and maybe college wasn t the best time, but you get there.
