Northwest Iowa Community College Breaks Ground on New Health Sciences Facility By charguth April 30, 2021 9:33 am Saga Communications Sheldon, IA (KICD)– The skyline of Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon will be changing in the coming months as a new building is constructed to expand on the college’s health science program. Mark Brown is the Vice President of College Operations and Finance at NCC. He tells KICD News the new structure will more than double the space currently available to the health programs while also becoming the first multiple story building on campus. While not all of the space in the expanded structure has been claimed yet, Brown tells us the building that was part of a 2018 bond vote will house the nursing, CNA, EMS and radiological technology programs.
