As you all know education doesnt always grab headlines and that is certainly the case this time around two and that being said, there are consequential issues and big policy ideas that are being talked about as part of these campaign and to help us make sense of whats going on we have a group of panelist with us today already, arne duncan served as secretary of education from 2009 to 2015.
