According to the warrant: On February 11, Wichita Falls First Responders were sent to the 4800 block of Colleen Drive to check a report of gunshots being fired. The caller to 9-1-1 reported hearing multiple shots, people screaming and seeing a black Jeep speeding away.  The first officer on-scene found Samantha Bolf sitting on the sidewalk crying and holding a man who was bleeding profusely from his head and neck.  The victim was identified as Charles Richard Bolf Jr., Samantha’s father.  While helping the victim, the officer noticed a male, later identified as Alton Rhodes, in the driveway. Rhodes was yelling at two other men who approached on foot. Rhodes was shouting, “That’s right I shot that mother cker, self-defense!” and, “I put the gun in the house.”
