Providing pest and lawn care solutions for residential and commercial customers throughout Central Florida, Aaron Pest Control was founded by Jim and Laverne Smith in 1963. Their son and second-generation owner Phil Smith said, “Since taking over leadership of Aaron Pest Control, I have stayed true to my parents’ commitment to put their employees first. When looking for the company to entrust with our family business, this commitment was top of mind. I needed to be confident that my team would be well taken care of, and any promises made to them would be kept in the transition.”
Mike Givlin, CEO and co-founder of Certus, commented “Over nearly 60 years, the Smith family has built an exceptional business. I’m quite proud that they chose to entrust their employees and customers to Certus, and we will continue to follow their commitment to always do right by them.”
