Michael L. Ellis Jr. 31, of 116 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misuse of plates, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification.
Keuane L. Singleton, 25, of 97 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Kenyari Singleton, 26, of 97 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with violation of protective order, first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace.
