Le Moyne won its sixth title, stifling newcomer Lenoir-Rhyne, 12-6. The Dolphins held the high-scoring Bears to one goal in the second half, while DII Player of the Year Matt Hutchings scored six goals on eight shots, earning NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player honors.
A 7-0 run starting in the third quarter turned a close game into a runaway, as the Dolphins capped a 15-0 season.
