Two organizations that work in Saskatoon’s core neighbourhoods are getting a boost from the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon.
The Kinsmen will match donations up to $40,000, with the goal of raising $80,000 for Prairie Harm Reduction, which operates a drop-in centre and supervised drug consumption site on 20th Street, and the Okihtcitawak Patrol Group, a neighbourhood watch and outreach group that patrols Pleasant Hill and Riversdale.
