Real estate brokers in Yakima Valley see hopeful signs in housing market

While this year’s residential real estate market won’t come close to 2020 and 2021 sales, Yakima Valley real estate brokers say progress is being made with the inventory of available

Schuur, a 2007 St. Edmond High School graduate, obtained his broker’s license about two years ago. He became a co-owner on Jan. 2, 2020. “Coldwell Banker (a national real estate brand) is big on succession planning,” said Anderson, who bought the brokerage and franchise from Chris Parker in 2015. “It’s making sure we have a plan in place. Keenan has proven himself in the real estate world and would be able to step in should something happen to me.”
