lIn road closures this week, Darlington Borough Council have announced the temporary road closure of South View in Heighington from its junction with Darlington Road westwards to the east side of its junction with Garthlands. An alternative route will be signposted. lDarlington Borough Council also announced the temporary order of a one-way system along Millbank in Heighington from a point 10 metres south of Hopelands junction northwards to the south side of its junction with The Orchard. lDurham County Council have announced the temporary footpath and footbridge closure for Boltsburn Min Footbridge and Prow footpath from the meeting point with footpath 41 at the south westerly side of the closure in a North Easterly direction to enable repair works to the footbridge structure to be undertaken.
