An icy blast has hit the province with snowfall on the Berg and temperatures plunging to a minimum of 2 degrees Celcius in Underberg and 3 degrees in Mooi River and Kokstad overnight.

Looking ahead for the rest of the week, there s a 30% chance of showers and thundershowers mostly over the entire province on Thursday. We have another cold front coming on Thursday. Temperatures won t rise that much. On Friday, it will be pretty much clear we just have a 30% chance showers, mostly over the north coast and the adjacent interior.
