Elias after a year of questions surrounding a fire that burned down city hall in casey. And all the citys records with it. Former casey city clerk Dorothy Dillinger is being federally charged with five counts of mail fraud and one count of arson. This fire at the city hall and Community Building happened just hours before a state audit was scheduled. Days later, dillinger admitted to investigators that she spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on personal expenses. In total nearly 300 thousand was misused. All along, people in casey thought funds were being mispent. Thats why 150 people filed a petition for the audit and today they have their answer. A year for us to know she admitted to it and all this time we took the flack for ratting her out and here she had admitted it, clear back then elias new details into that deadly crash
