I called the victim in that shooting, he didnt want to talk about this on camera, however neighbors here are outraged. They tell us they want to know what led up to all of this. They are hiring these people to come in here and tow people without really knowing who these people are is the scariest part. Residents on edge after learning this towtruck driver was arrested accused of shooting the owner of the truck in a parking lot here with a 9 millimeter glock. Apparently police are neighborhood.
