Deputies report the arrest of a 25-year-old following a disturbance at the McDonalds in Ontario along Rt. 104.
Cody Kerr, 25, of Ontario was arrested by deputies after grabbing a door handle of a victim’s car during an altercation.
He was trying to enter her vehicle and broke the door handle off.
Kerr was charged with criminal mischief and was processed at the Wayne County Jail. The charge will be answered at a later date.
