ensuring justice and our country. jennifer, justice alito is reacting to efforts to impose a code of ethics on a supreme court. as the secretary just pointed, out this is just like the ones for every other federal court that they already had. why is this not more of a bipartisan issue? it shockingly political, isn t it? the manner in which justice alito s phrasing this and responding to this, this is the most openly political court we ve seen in my lifetime, certainly. in my adulthood. every week that passes, it feels like the conservatives on the court are becoming more openly political. lower more pro-republican as opposed to pro democrat. it s really shocking to hear them behave in this manner, to speak in this way. i would say that for justice alito and any others on the court who are coming forward
