of six unnamed coconspirators. these are people who are not named in the indictment, as far as we know they themselves have not yet been charged. more on that later. but given the descriptions and a lot of really specific detail about what these folks allegedly did, it is not that hard to figure out who most of them are. coconspirator one is clearly rudy giuliani. coconspirator number two is right-wing lawyer john eastman, the man in the fetching hat here, his own lawyer has confirmed that, tonight, that mr. eastman appears to be coconspirator number two. coconspirator number three appears to be the kraken, trump lawyer sydney powell, coconspirator four is jeffrey bossart clark, the justice department official who trump had tried to take over the justice department to enlist the justice department itself in this coup effort. coconspirator five appears to be a man named kenneth chesebro, chesbrough, i don t know. looks like chesebro. it s also awkward because
wisconsin, cheese. he is a trump campaign recount lawyer in wisconsin who we know spearheaded the fake electors schemes in multiple states. and then there is coconspirator number six, all five, those five i just mentioned, all the five of them are all lawyers. only coconspirator number six is apparently a non lawyer, at least is not described as an attorney. this one isn t quite as clear who exactly it is. this is a person described in the indictment as a, quote, political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent states, fradulent slates, excuse me, of presidential electors. so we know of at least one trump ally who was involved with all these folks who fixed that description in the indictment, but we don t to be blunt, we don t exactly know who coconspirator number six is, at least not comfortable enough to confidently speculate. there is nothing so clear as the rest of them. but the five lawyers, yeah,
this is a key part of the criminal evidence that trump pushed on using the violence to try to get the delay and then eventually wanted the delay to keep him in office well into the night on january 6th. trump coconspirator one who we ve identified as giuliani, attempting to exploit the violence based on knowingly false claims of election fraud. this is where the arrows analysis i m sharing with you now overlaps with some of the reporting earlier in the hour, that trump attorney john eastman was still emailing and lobbying that pence violate the law. that is how jack myth puts it. violate the law and seek further delay of the certification. that s what adds up to the multiprong months long plan to steal an election on the very upper left in all fairness, lawsuits are allowed. you ll notice there s no indictment on that. but many of these other plots, some which began as early as november, some which steve bannon, navarro, and trump were clearly musing about before they
then a different person, coconspirator six, tries to get other number for senators whom the defendant, that s donald trump quote, the defendant directed coconspirator one to call in delaying the certification. there s voicemails they have here. at 7:01 p.m., while coconspirator calling on behalf of the defendant, the cocounsel was saying enough, stop, please, tries to ask trump, after all this and you put out the video and you said be peaceful and it s 7:00 p.m. on the night of january 6th, can we withdraw these formal attempts to stop the certification? he called the did. to ask him to withdraw objections. quote, the defendant refused. that lands like a damning point at the end of paragraph 120 in basically the last page of this indictment. why is that damning? this whole buildup to page 42
shows multiple crimes. and it is not just the ones that we are looking at in terms of the violence of january 6th, the mar-a-lago case, the fulton county case may have a federal component to into as well. the tax case that was just convicted in new york. there are federal crimes that have . if you cheated on your say taxes, if you deprive new york of tax revenue by your scheme, then you were also depriving federal government of taxes. so maybe there will be a federal indictment for that. there is his audit that has been planning for all this time. does he owe a refund to the irs? based on that. stormy daniels has come up again as maybe the case in which he was unindicted coconspirator one, and it which michael cohen was convicted. maybe that will be a case. so none of that is probably in the report that will go from
