about the challenges police are having. first here are the details on this shooting. it happened at the monarch bay golf course at the restaurant. the restaurant rents out space for private parties. this shootings happened during one of the private events. san leandro police say at 10:00 gunshots ringed out. all the of the victims were men. two of them later died at area hospitals. the person who organized this private party told the restaurant managers this event was for a family member of his. and his group for college age friends. the people between the party were between 16 and 25 years old. investigators say there were as many as 100 people at this private event. they have interviewed many witnesses. police say they need more people to come forward with more information. the challenges from law enforcement standpoint is to have people come forward. have people come forward and tell us what they saw or what they know or information they have heard. we can work off peopl
