Eric Shane Caldwell, 46, Nevada, MO passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, at Nevada Regional Medical Center in Nevada. Eric was born Sept. 27, 1974, in El Dorado Springs, Mo., to Earl and Joyce (Weaver) Caldwell.
Survivors include his wife, Leray, of the home; three children, Erica Caldwell (Levi), and Colton Caldwell, andMcKenzie Haller (Brock); grandchildren, Gunner, Maureen, Madeline, and Lillith; his parents, Earl and Joyce Caldwell; one brother, Justin Caldwell and his son, Owen; two nieces, Hailey Gammon, Kinley Gammon; one nephew, Coby Gammon; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Eric was booted out of high school his senior year by the principal, who told his parents that he thought it was the best thing to do at that time, to keep him away from school, so he did not graduate with his class but he went on to earn his GED which is harder to achieve than graduating from Nevada High School. After he got his GED, he enrolled in Missouri W
