Im getting a lot of reports of that this morning. Santa rosa is 32. Palo alto in the 30s. Livermore and fairfield down to 34. To the north, a lot of 30s. I did see an upper 20. Windsor in the 30s. Petaluma. Thick fog around the park as well. Some 30s near novato. I wouldnt be surprised if there are 30s not far away. San jose area we have the frost advisory out. We have just learned that 12 people have been killed in the flood, most of them children. One person is still missing. Elsewhere, hundreds of homes have been incinerated by wildfires.
