Nineteen-year-old Turakina woman Sophie Redmayne has been using her break from university to put her new skills to work alongside her father s enterprise.
She has been selling a box containing a leg of branded Coastal Spring Lamb - called The Perfect Christmas Gift - to Whanganui businesses, for use as a gift to staff.
