The Philippine Coast Guard command center received information from Coast Guard District Palawan about the sinking of “M/Y Dream Keeper” off Tubbataha, which is home to marine protected area (MPA) Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, on April 30, 2023.
At least 28 people were rescued while four are still missing after a dive yacht sank in the waters off Tubbataha, Palawan yesterday morning, according to the Philippine Coast Guard.
