CRESWELL, Ore. Some residents in Creswell have noticed a musty smell and taste to their water, but officials say the water is harmless.
Public Works Director Cliff Bellew admits there is an issue but said it s perfectly safe to drink the water. This isn t a abnormal situation. It is actually fairly common, Bellew said.
