That was one of the real major flash points of the new deal controversial between fdr and the Supreme Court back in the 1930s and since then there hadnt been another case holding that delegation was constitutional, but we have one now and its on the docket and, you know, ive given you a feel, i think, for what the challengers have said and will say in the Supreme Court.
