TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Seminoles.com) – Graduate transfer Vincent Norrman shot the low round of the day and is at the top of the player leaderboard as the Florida State Men’s Golf team moved up to second place after the second round of the Cabo Collegiate at TPC San Antonio.
The third-ranked Seminoles shot 1-under overall as a team on Tuesday afternoon and are a combined 9-over (298-287) after the second day of play.
The Noles have jumped ahead of No. 10 Texas (+20) and No. 19 Texas A&M (+10) for second place. They only trail No. 1 Oklahoma by three strokes going into the final round of the tournament.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Seminoles.com) – Graduate transfer Vincent Norrman was the standout player for the Florida State men’s golf team at Camp Creek Golf Club on Monday. His effort helped the Seminoles shoot a 9-under 279 in the second round, the low team round of the afternoon at the Camp Creek Seminole Invitational.
The Stockholm, Sweden, native and Georgia Southwestern transfer was able to record a 4-under 68 in the second round and push the Seminoles into a tie for second place (-12) going into Tuesday’s final round in Watersound, Fla. FSU trails Wake Forest (-14) by two strokes and is tied with Clemson.
